I am a Registered Counsellor in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, offering psychological support through a variety of therapeutic interventions, and psychosocial groups.

I offer medical aid rate counselling sessions to individuals, couples, and families, both in practice at  Foundations for Life and online via  Google Meet.

I am fully registered with both the  Health Professions Council of South Africa and the  Southern African Sexual Health Association.
